Articulo. 1° Ley 54 de 1990.
Se denomina Unión Marital de Hecho, la formada entre un hombre y una mujer, que sin estar casados, hacen una comunidad de vida permanente y singular. Igualmente, y para todos los efectos civiles, se denominan compañero y compañera permanente, al hombre y la mujer que forman parte de la unión marital de hecho.
REQUISITOS
REQUISITOS:
La unión marital de hecho vale para parejas del mismo sexo.
- copia auténtica del Registro civil de Nacimiento de cada uno de los comparecientes
- copia de documento de identidad
- Manifestación de la capacidad legal para declarar voluntariamente la unión marital de hecho
- Inventario solemne de bienes si hay hijos menores de edad.
La Unión Marital de Hecho se constituye:
- Por Escritura Pública ante Notario.
- Por Diligencia de Conciliación ante Notario o Conciliador.
- Por sentencia judicial.
